no matter what u do...
bounce as u walk, on ur bed, keep bouncing, on ur chair keep doing the action as if u were abt to jump.
surprising my body didnt feel tired at all.
well, maybe a little..
keep bouncing joey...
boing-ing off..
psst: no wonder i am called joey! hahaha
